Hi! I’m Sarah, an experienced, reliable pet caregiver and lifelong animal lover. My son and I recently said goodbye to our beloved dog of 12 years, and while we aren’t quite ready to welcome a new pet of our own, we deeply enjoy caring for animals and making them feel safe, loved, and at home. I have over 15 years of experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I take a thoughtful, individualized approach—meeting each dog where they are and offering just-right levels of activity, enrichment, and rest based on their needs, age, and energy. I prioritize safety, routines, clear communication, and plenty of affection, including snuggles and relaxed indoor downtime. My 10-year-old son is kind, gentle, and very respectful with animals, and he especially loves quiet companionship and playtime (always supervised). Your pet will be treated like a valued family member, and you can expect dependable care, thoughtful attention, and regular updates while you’re away.

Daily routines include play, enrichment, snuggles, and relaxed indoor rest time, plus walks along the levee and forested river trails. I meet each dog where they are, tailoring just-right challenges based on their pace, age, personality, and energy level.
