I’ve had a lab, beagle, and boxer of my own over the years, raising them from puppy to old lady. My beagle and I went through training together (her dog park nickname was “the naughty beagle”), so I’m capable of maintaining calm control with more wiley temperaments! I’ve pet sat for friends with everything from miniature chihuahuas to great danes. Whether your dog needs a lap, walk, run, or playtime, I am happy to oblige! **Please know that I have a partner with whom I share a vehicle. Overnights are always a discussion, and longer term overnights are never accepted.**

Schedule
I work from home every weekday and have half days on Fridays. I usually start early and am done about 3:00pm. I’d love to walk your dog or drop in for a play/cuddle session with your puppy or dog! I can stay overnight and since I work from home can be there all day for quality care.

Safety, trust & environment
At this time I’m not inviting pets into my own home, but I’m happy to treat your home as a conscientious guest! I remove my shoes and clean up after myself. I will make sure your dog’s feet are also wiped down if we’re out walking (or they get bathed if you’ve got a playful roller - - been there!) and toys are put away before I leave. Any cat hair brushed will get thrown in the trash and surfaces cleaned up!
A typical day
I match the vibe of the dog I’m watching! I’ve had three dogs from puppy through old lady, so I match energy. If you’ve got a playful pup (or pup at heart), we’ll play with their favorite toys, run around in an open space (not your dining room), or go on nice long walks with plenty of sniff spots. I am always looking for new spots made for walking and smelling.
