Kind, effective and efficient care
I grew up on a farm training and caring for many different types of animals. I have background training horses, dogs, wolves and rabbits so far, but am always looking to forward my education through internships and certificate programs. I have over ten years of professional experience training and caring for animals. I'm currently working on becoming a professional dog trainer and behaviorist (CCPT/CBCC). If you board with me, your dog will get a lot of physical and mental stimulation they wouldn't get with most other boarders. I work from home so I am able to provide high quality care for your pup during their stay!

Sarah was wonderful. Great communication and Rafa came home a happy, tired pup. Sarah was also kind enough to bring Rafa to our wedding ceremony and for photos beforehand and then brought him back to her place for the rest of his stay with her. She managed him even though he was super excited to see everyone and trying to jump on me in my wedding dress!
One of our favs! Highly recommend Sarah.
Sarah watched Bruce for a week while we we are on vacation. He came home very calm and happy!
Only one communication on a four day stay. Sitter was not ready for us when we dropped off at pre-arranged time. Sitter was not home when we returned, despite providing an ETA. Our dog had been sick, but that wasn’t communicated while we were away, Dog was severely dehydrated and had only eaten about a quarter of the food for the four day stay. Very concerning.
Sarah did an amazing job and was so kind to accept our last minute request. We were from out of town and needed someone to take care of our dog while we took our kids to Lagoon. He came home happy and tired!

Schedule
Our property has a long driveway. DO NOT DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK! Pick ups and drop offs will be at the main house in the front. Please call or text when you are here and I will come out and greet you. Here's what I offer... BOARDING Pictures and updates will be sent every other day, more often if I have time. Your dog will get lots of love and affection and couch time. We usually start morning potty breaks and breakfast around 7/8 am and do our last nights potty breaks around 9/10pm. They will get adequate play time outside during the day. Some days, I take the dogs on an outing or hike. On the days we don’t get an outing (dog parks, river walks, hikes etc.) I take them on two long walks through the neighborhood. Breaks outside are given every 2-4 hours and last 20-90m. We rotate between potty walks, group and solo walks, solo and group time in outdoor fenced area and daily outings. Meals will be fed to your specification. I do have some background administering medications as well if need be. Everything is cleaned and sanitized between dogs as to ensure the health and safety of your pet. If your pet has trouble eating or an upset stomach during their stay, I often will substitute or add to their kibble boiled chicken, carrots, broth, rice and egg. Please let me know if that is a problem. Fresh water and cleaned bowl daily. IF YOUR DOG DOES ANY DAMAGE TO OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Accidents happen, and that’s okay! However, we will expect any damages done by a boarding/daycare dog to be covered monetarily by their owner. FREE TREAT PER STAY You choose between sugar free peanut butter kong, pup cup or dentastick! DOG WALKS 30m walks given in your neighborhood. Pictures and text updates will be sent once during our outing. DOGGY DAYCARE Limited spots available! For the day, your dog becomes part of our pack! Dogs rotate between solo and group time, both inside and outside, while also getting to enjoy a fun outing with their friends! Dogs are taken on a hike, to the dog park or on a river walk! FREE TREAT PER DAYCARE DAY Please let me know if your pup prefers pup cups, dentastick or sugar free peanut butter kongs. Picture and text updates will be sent once daily!
