I have had cats and dogs for my entire life. Growing up with animals has given me a wide range of experiences and skills required to look after pets. Dog sitting and walking - I can offer weekend dog sitting and dog walking. Cats - I can offer cat care any day of the week. I will cherish your furry friend like my own, and will make sure they are cared for responsibly and lovingly. I will provide as many updates as you would like, and I am happy to offer services such as cleaning, bathing, and administering any necessary medications. If you book for me to come to your home, I will leave it as you left it and clean whatever is required (and also pick up your mail). I currently have 1 dog (Phoebe) and 2 cats (Woody and Jessie), who are all members of our family. As my Phoebe is an active dog, I can provide long walks, or shorter more regular walks, whatever is required for your dog. I use the local mountain walk and canal walks. I have boarded friends and family dogs over the years and looked after cats at friends homes, and I give them all the love they need. Most of my own pets were rescues, so I have plenty of experience caring for all sorts of personalities.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my number 1 priority, and if you wish to keep your cats indoors I will ensure they are kept inside. If I am booked to attend your house I will ensure all doors are kept safely shut when entering and leaving your home. I will come to your home prior to the booking to ensure I am familiar with your home and what is required of me and so you know who I am and who will be looking after your precious ones. I do this so you can be safe in the knowledge that I am reliable and will be fully prepared for the time required.

What a really nice and fantastic lady Sarah is nothing was too much trouble for her when we had the meeting great she took notes. I made a first of my boy. She came later on to pick the key up and again made lots of Ivor. When she came to check on him, she did everything and more to make sure he was happy and safe and gave me updates and photos I can’t wait Sarah any more highly
Sarah was brilliant! Looked after my cat perfectly and I got photos each day which was lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah, it was wonderful knowing she was looking after Peggy for me while I was away and I didn’t have to worry 🥰

Sarah was a great find for us as we had never used a cat sitter before & only really needed a drop in service. Sarah came for a visit prior to agreeing to be our sitter & I have to say how impressed we all were with her professional & methodical approach. She made lots of notes & listened very intently about 'Spot' & what we needed. During the daily drop in's Sarah did exactly what we wanted & helped Spot by simply chatting with him, Spot can be a misery sometimes but Sarah recognised this & gave him lots of space & due to her knowledge & professionalism she realised she did not have to do all the usual petting & cwtching. Thanks again Sarah, we will hopefully be calling on you again in the future.
Absolutely over the moon with the care Sarah provided . From the first meeting you could tell how genuine and kind Sarah was and her true love for animals. Me and my now husband were getting married and they are elderly dogs so I was extremely nervous but I couldn’t be more Happy with the drop ins. Tom and oggy warmed to Sarah straight away. We were provided with regular updates and pictures , so happy . Sarah even got me and my husband a wedding card . Most definitely will be using Sarah when needed from now on x
Sarah was my first experience of a Rover pet sitter and what a fantastic, lovely experience it has been. On first contact, Sarah comes across as warm, caring and kind. She is incredibly thorough, coming prepared with a little notebook and pen on her first visit, to take down details and the answers to her questions. Sarah is fantastic with communication - quick to answer any messages sent to her - and considerate. She was thoughtful to send me a 'bonvoyage' text on the day we travelled, wishing us well and letting me know that our cats were in good hands. I trust Sarah implicitly and would not hesitate to contact her again if in need of a sitter for our cats. Thank you for caring for Hollywood and Vegas in such a personal and professional way.
