Pet care experience
Lots of activity and cuddles!
I have been a dog lover my entire life and because of that I have always been the go-to friend to ask to watch pets during time away! I have happily dog sat for everyone of my friends in my personal life so doing so for others is completely natural to me. I have years of dog sitting experience with various different breeds and sizes (as you can see from my photos). I started on Rover and had a few clients who I dog sat for quite frequently and i was actually able to delete Rover and solely dog sit based on word of mouth! I took a bit of a break from sitting in the last 6 months to be able to accomplish a few different things and now that I’m past that I am ready to take on more/new clients!! I’m so excited to get back into it.

Sarah has watched my dog Tucker twice now. She is attentive, caring and dedicated. She is great with him and making sure he gets all of the attention he needs. Sarah prioritizes Tucker which is great when you have a needy, anxious dog! Sarah communicates well during the visit and provides photos too! She sits at my parents condo and takes good care of the place as well. Tucker takes medication and Sarah provides that as needed. She has been a great dog sitter to rely on and I would highly recommend her!
Overall we had a great experience with Sarah. She was very quick to respond to text messages and sent us various updates! Being it was our first time with her on rover we communicated with her the first day about her time away from the house/dogs and she addressed this in a very professional calm manner and we quickly clarified my expectations which she met the rest of the weekend with my dogs.

I currently work from home full-time. This allows me to easily accommodate potty schedules and lots of outside play time! Weekends are usually spent at home while taking some time out of the day to enjoy the city! Whether that's a hike, a beach trip, a bike ride, etc. I love to get outside in any way that dogs can join in on!

I am comfortable with adapting to whatever care needs you normally supply your pet with! I will take caution in using the same training techniques that you do so as not to create bad habits in your pet. I have a huge yard that my puppy Kacey loves to run around in. Her favourite activity is soccer and we love spending time in the backyard together. Your pet is sure to get a ton of exercise in the yard with my puppy. Dogs are always supervised when they are in the back as the yard is not entirely fenced so decent recall is important to me for your pets.

A typical day
I love going on daily walks and if I can make it a hike instead, that’s even better!!! My weekend consist of usually spending time outside doing various different activities. My week day nights usually end cuddling up on the couch before bed!
