Hi, I'm Sarah! I am a lover of all dogs, regardless of shape or size. I have grown up around dogs - mainly the large lap dog type :) - and currently have an energetic Border Collie mix. I moved to Chicago at the end of 2023, and after a bit of a break from Rover, am looking to offer services in my free time. Prior to moving, I volunteered with Michigan Humane where I gained valuable experience working with a wide range of dog breeds and personalities. The group I volunteered with trained dogs using positive reinforcement training methods. I really enjoyed this role helping dogs build confidence and feel more comfortable in the shelter while they waited to find their forever home! I am willing to adjust service requests to meet your needs (for example, I can offer 15 minute check ins between "drop-in" visits), so feel free to send me a message. We found Sarah last-second after the Rover we had originally booked suddenly dropped out, and she couldn’t have been lovelier to work with. Our dog loved her instantly and she took such great care of her. We definitely plan on booking Sarah again.

Schedule
I work from home Monday and Friday and look forward to short breaks before, during, or after work! I enjoy walking and look forward to meeting pets in the neighborhood.
