When booking with me, please let me know about any specific preferences, household rules, or unique behavioral traits your pet has. It is also highly appreciated if you can share an emergency contact name and phone number, along with your preferred vet clinic information, so I have it on hand just in case. Lastly, I always love to do a Meet and Greet first so we can introduce ourselves and go over routines.

For drop-in visits, my time is dedicated to indoor food and water routines, backyard potty time, and playtime. I make every effort to align closely with your requested timeframes. You will receive a completed Rover Card with a brief summary and photos as soon as the visit is completed. For house sitting / overnight stays, Rover Cards are not available, so updates and photos will be sent directly through our main chat thread. When doing house sitting / overnight stays, my focus is maintaining your pet’s normal home routine. I ask that you share your dog's exact feeding schedule, potty routine, and preferred cleanup process. I prefer to stay at the house with your dog and rarely leave for more than 2 hours at a time. Every dog is unique, so we will go over everything in person during our Meet & Greet to discuss your exact departure boundaries, specific preferences, and any extra care details to ensure this service is an ideal fit for all of us!

Hi there! 😊 My name is Sarah and I currently reside in Rutland, MA. I am very excited and looking forward to meeting your pets, and sharing this experience with them! My personal experience in caring for dogs includes pet sitting and walking for family, friends, and coworkers. I have also worked in doggie daycare, so I am very comfortable with many different types, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I understand every dog is different and unique in their own way. Because of this, my priority is making sure your pet’s needs are met with the individual attention, care, and love they deserve. Whenever your dog is in my care, I will treat them exactly as if they were my own!

Sarah was beyond professional and caring for my two dogs. I was in a last minute pinch and she replied instantly and was even willing to come meet me and my family later in the evening the night before to make sure we were comfortable before finalizing booking. She asked questions, explained the process from her end, and most of all, was professional, caring and understanding that the dogs are my babies and she wanted them to be at ease. She mentioned trust is a huge thing for her and that went a long way. My dogs were so content with her and although they’re anxious dogs, they relaxed and sat with her while we were away all day. They’re sleeping soundly now at home so I know they had a peaceful and comforting day with Sarah and she took the best care of them. She truly saved the day and I can’t thank her enough for putting us at ease and treating our dogs like her own. 10000 stars - 10/10. She also sent so many photos and updates like I asked and I felt like I was there with them! She left our house so clean and was so respectful. So glad I found Sarah and will be using her going forward!! Thank you, Sarah!
