I live in Sterling, Virginia. I have over 3 years of experience on Rover with dozens of clients. I have had cats all my life, have dog sit for neighbors while growing up, and helped take care of and raise 4 puppies in the last 3 years - my sister’s two Golden Retrievers, my roommate’s German Shepherd, and my other roommate’s Golden Doodle. Three years ago, I adopted my cat, Annabelle, and January 2020, I adopted my puppy, Mia. I raised them both from around 10 weeks old, and they’re the most loving and amazing babies. I love all animals and pets, and will definitely take amazing care of your pets, no matter what type, breed, size, etc. How to request a booking with me: - Request the booking - Message me regarding a good date/time to set up meet and greet - Upon my acceptance, I will come to your house or we can meet elsewhere with your pet so that you, your pet, and I can meet and you can explain to me the care instructions, show me around your house, and give me the keys - Lastly, enjoy your trip/vacation/day and I will send many pictures and videos during the visit so that you can feel closer to them while you’re gone!😊

Sarah took wonderful care of our 2 cats! We could tell from her pictures that they enjoyed spending time with her. She was very easy to reach, highly responsive and sent cute updates.
Sarah was fantastic!! I reached out to her when I was already overseas because the company I had hired was not caring for my cat properly. She was amazingly responsive! Not only is she detail oriented and conscientious, but she worked magic with my cat!! My cat is very very shy and had never met her, but within 3 visits Sarah was able to pet my cat! She played with her and sent me pictures. I never imagined that level of success. If you have a very shy cat that requires lots of coaxing to come out to a stranger, I highly recommend Sarah!

I currently work from home so I have plenty of time and a very flexible schedule to take care of and play with your dog/cat!

Safety, trust & environment
To ensure safety, I always make sure no pet gets out as I enter and exit, dogs are always on leashes outside, no doors are left open, to lock the house securely when I leave, and to ensure the pets are safe throughout the entire visit.

For dogs, a typical visit would consist of walking, feeding, giving treats, practicing tricks/commands, playing, and giving a lot of love. For cats, a typical visit would consist of feeding, giving fresh water, scooping the little box. giving treats, playing, and giving a lot of love.
