I come from the doggy daycare business, so I have tons of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages. My work consisted of taking the dogs on walks, providing them with enriching play time, and ensuring they feel comfortable in their schedule of alternating play and rest. I have plenty of ideas to keep your pup engaged and entertained, but I also love just chilling and cuddling. My special skills include: -training puppies on basic cues and manners -fear and force-free grooming (baths, nail trims, deshedding)

Phenomenal rover! Very thankful for her last minute care that really helped us out. She also was so sweet & brough gifts for the pups. Would recommend to anyone & everyone!
Sara did a great job when she watched our 8 year old dog Boots at our house. She sent us pics of Boots doing his routine walk and relaxing with her in the house. Sara was willing to do the two daily walks we requested, and Boots seemed his usual happy self when we returned. As well, the house was left in good condition. We would use Sara again if our schedules lined up and we recommend her as someone who is responsible and connects well with dogs.
Sarah was great with Oliver, a dog that can be a little defensive and territorial. She was able to "read" him and gave him space when he needed it. She was flexible in terms of her time and handled all of the pesky details well. She was friendly and kind, and communicated with me consistently while I was away. I would definitely have her sit my dog again in the future.

Schedule
I’m free to house sit overnight for you every day except Fridays, though I’m willing to negotiate scheduling on a case by case basis! I’m a writer, and I can do my work from anywhere.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I like to keep an eye on your pet at all times to ensure they are staying safe and happy. If they like outside time, I’m happy to supervise them in a fenced in yard, let them roam on lead, or take them on multiple walks a day. Whatever their usual schedule is, I will match it to the best of my ability!
Pets
A typical day
I do my best to match the energy of your dog while providing adequate physical and mental enrichment. If they’re all about the sniffs, we can go on walks through the neighborhood or hunt for treats in a snuffle mat. If they’ve got energy to burn, we can play fetch or tug. If mental stimulation is what they need, I have plenty of puzzle activities or training games to get their brain going. And if your pup loves love, I’m happy to provide as many cuddles and belly rubs as they would like!
