If you choose to board your pup with me, I will ensure their safety and care in my home. I have a fenced-in backyard and a friendly pup to keep yours company. To make sure the boarding process goes smoothly, I ask that we conduct a quick meet-and-greet outside of my house so our pups can get acclimated to each other. As for how I will care for your pet in your residence, I will come with treats (with your permission, of course) and enter calmly so as not to frighten your pet(s). I will let them lead our interactions and show them love and respect.

Really the only things I find important to know before your pet stays with me or before I stay with them are 1) their energy levels, 2) any unique things about your pup or cat that you think will help me help them, and 3) specifics about their behavior with other dogs and cats, as well as with people.
A typical day
While the activities will depend on the energy level and training level of your pet, your pets can expect anything from walks in the park to up to an hour of pure outdoor play time (for dogs) to up to an hour of indoor play sessions (for both cats and dogs). I will ask all pet parents what their pets like and customize activities accordingly.

I've had dogs since I was a kid. I really enjoy being around all breeds and sizes of pups. I also enjoy fur babies of all ages. From puppies to senior pups, I will love and care for your dog like I do my own until you to return.

Sarah has been our pet sitter several times this year. She plays with our high energy pup, and balances affection for our older pup easily. Our cat is sneaky when a door is open and she was able to contain him with confidence so he only tried a few times. Sarah is flexible, sweet, attentive to feeding and medications schedules, and even walked our pups individually and together. She followed our care instructions easily, and we love having her in our home. She is trustworthy and I didn’t feel the need to check in as often as I have with other sitters.
