Roess did not hesitate when our dog unexpectedly had surgery before our trip, changing the parameters of her stay. She took great care of our dog post-surgery and communicated well. We are so appreciative of her flexibility and kindness to Heidi.
Sarah was wonderful in taking care of our cat. She was great to communicate with, always responding quickly and being very flexible. She was respectful of our cat's feeding schedule and other specific needs, which meant a lot to us. We especially appreciated that she sent updates after every visit and was always precise with her timing, helping our cat stay on her usual routine. She is very reliable, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable sitter!

I have a shy cat and he went right to Sarah when she came over the first time. She did a great job taking care of my kitties.
