Thanks for your help with the boys and the extra care of the plants. Debbie was so happy you took care of them.

Sarah did a good job of watching our 2 dogs. She followed my instructions perfectly. Just one thing- would have liked a few more pics and updates but I never had to worry that my girls weren’t getting good care.

Sarah communicated daily on how pets were doing and what they were up to. We appreciated having her with our pets in our home so their normal environment and routine wasn't disturbed.

Sarah took such great care of our cat Phoebe! Daily I received texts and pictures. I definitely would use Sarah’s services again if I need a responsible caregiver for our animals.

I do not recommend leaving your cat here. Did not follow feeding instructions Stressful environment Sarah was very nice and very responsive leading up to, and through the duration of my cat's stay with her. This was great. However, this did not offset my other concerns. Some time after dropping my cat off, I guess the automatic feeder I left was not working well. I did not hear from her about this, and it wasn't until I asked to speak to her after I had picked up my cat that I found this out. I left way more canned food than was needed for his 9 day stay (almost double). She fed him all of it, on top of manually giving him double the amount of dry food the feeder dispensed. A simple phone call to get new instructions would have solved this. Her place is small, crowded, messy, and there are 3 or 4 children living there. This is fine, and I'm not passing any judgment on lifestlye choices, but its not a great environment for a cat to stay when they're unfamiliar with the house and the people. Also, the general disarray eroded my trust and confidence in this situation. My cat loves people and gets along great with children (so long as they know how to respect his boundaries). The children weren't an issue as much as my concern about how well they listen. The youngest immediately started playing with the cat feeder when told not to (and then it wasn't working. Suspicious). Also, upon the rest of the children arriving home they were given notice about the cat and instructed to always close the door behind them. They proceeded to leave the door open right then, in front of me. When picking my cat up Sarah said something that was a bit alarming, but I was so relieved to be done with another fiasco, able to pick him up a day early, and eager to get back on the road that I didn't stay to ask questions or have a conversation. She said something to the effect of, "yeah, he pretty much just hid in a bedroom because my son was tormenting him so he needed to get away." I don't remember every specific word, but the words "my son was tormenting him..." rang crystal clear. I said, "tormenting?" And she said "yeah, like he wouldn't leave him alone". I can only hope she didn't mean actual tormenting, and was just using the turn of phrase, but that was an alarming report either way. So yeah, Sarah is very nice and very responsive. I wish I would have done more research on available sitters and found a better fit for my cat.

Sarah did awesome with our pups. She was flexible with our schedule and helped us enjoy time on vacation with and without the pups. Certainly will call her when we are back in town.
