We are a family who loves our own pups with all our heart and will love yours just the same. We enjoy walks and hikes and water fun with our beagles. Having experience with pet allergies will ease your mind if you have a furry friend who needs some extra care and attention. Drop off and pick up: ***All dogs must be on a leash at drop off as we have free range chickens on the property. All dogs will be on a leash at pick up to load into your car. Drop off and pick up hours 8 am-10 am and 4-6 pm unless otherwise agreed upon between dog parents and host. Please notify us if you are going to be late and how late. Fees may apply for late drop off or pick up. New clients: If this is your first time staying at Autumn Valley Dog Retreat, we require a meet and greet within 3 days of your booking request. If the M&G is not completed the request may be cancelled. If your requested stay is longer than a weekend for first time guest, we may request a client paid overnight trial before confirming a week or longer. Crate policy: Dogs will be crated in our home for short periods if we are away to run an errand. This is for the safety of visiting dogs, our own dogs, and our home. Dogs will be crated at night for sleeping. We gladly accept your personal crates while visiting or your personal beds or blankets. Please add any questions to your booking request! Sarah and Kevin are excellent!! Drop off and pick up were super-easy, and our dog had plenty of space to run and play while we were out of town. Great communication and plenty of pictures. I’ll definitely use Sarah and Kevin to care for our dog she next time we travel.
We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Sarah and Kevin took amazing care of our dogs while we were away. From the daily updates and adorable photos to the genuine love and attention given, it was clear our pet was in great hands. They followed all instructions perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure our furry friend felt comfortable and happy. Highly recommend Sarah and Kevin for any dog sitting needs. We were very pleased with Sarah’s care for our two dogs over an 11 day stay. Sarah kept in touch with us , and sent photos of the dogs. I was happy that they were in a place where they could be with a family, be outdoors, and be with other dogs. It was a very positive experience all around. We will definitely use Sarah’s boarding services again.

Awesome care for our dog. Stayed in touch with pictures and updates. Sophie our golden retriever just turned 1 and they cared for as she was their own. We feel so grateful to find them. They also have the perfect property for dogs to run, play and be safe. We have already arranged care with them for our next trip in a few months.
Sarah has been very responsive and accomodating in setting the initial visit, the drop-off and the pick-up despite my busy schedule. The location is great with plenty of space to run in their fenced yard. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I would have loved more doggy pics through the stay, but this will be an easy fix. I overall highly recommend Sarah and Kevin

Schedule
This summer I will be home enjoying our farm and dog retreat while on break from school schedule as a special education team member. We are a family of four with 2 beagles who will love and care and exercise your pups.

I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly medium sized dogs to keep your pup company. We will crate sleep the visiting dogs at night.

A typical day
We will play outside in the fenced acre yard. Plenty of fun with fetch or frisbee. We have a covered porch for shade and relaxing as well as chairs to chill.
