Experienced, friendly dog lover!
I have had dogs in my life since I was 10 years old. I have had big and small dogs, rescues and purebreds. My daughter has her own Dog Grooming business & can offer her services here during their stay. We breed and show Collies, both rough and smooth varieties, and have 1 Mini Schnauzer, along with 5 kids. We homeschool, so I am home the majority of most days unless we have co-op classes to go to. We have lots of experience in training and playing with dogs through active participation in 4H Showmanship , Obedience, Rally, & Agility. My daughter and I are hoping to compete in all of the above in AKC events as well. I am comfortable giving oral medication, including sub-q fluids annd/or diabetes shots, and can be shown how to do any other type of medication, as needed.

Sarah and her family were phenomenal dog sitters! Scout and Mackey were playing joyfully when I arrived to pick them up, came home happy and healthy, and squeaky clean and fresh with their additional grooming services they received. we will definitely have them stay again! Thank you everyone, especially the boys, who were awesome dog friends!!
Sarah was great! She was so welcoming and kept me updated daily while I was on my trip!!!
Our 8 month old lab had a great time with Sarah and her family. It was our first time boarding her and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
This was my first experience using Rover so I was pretty nervous about leaving my pup for the weekend, but as soon as I met Sarah and the family, it took all the stress out of the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure the stay was accommodating and their knowledge of animals blew me away. She was so tired from playing when we came to pick her up - I knew she had a blast and was well cared for.??
Sarah and her family are great. We recently kenneled our 1 yr old Australian Shephard for a week with her. Sarah is very accommodating to the dog's needs and dietary habits . Our dog needed to have medicine put on and Sarah happily tended to it during our aussie's stay. Our dog was able to run and play, always supervised, on their large property daily, which our aussie just loves, and got lot of affection and attention from Sarah and her family (which she also loves ?). My husband and I loved the updates and photos of our furry baby throughout the stay. Sarah is also very responsive and keeps in contact. We didn't have to worry if our dog is taken care of and attended to. Our aussie came home one very happy dog. We will book a stay again.
Sarah and her kids are great! Great communication and I felt like they really loved having Lulu stay with them. Will definitely use again.

Harmonogram
I am a homeschooling Mom, so I am home the majority of most days. We have co-op classes we do attend, but usually are not gone more than 3-4 hours at a time once or twice a week. If we leave the house, all dogs will be crated for their safety and my peace of mind. I am looking for either long term schedules or flexible to help in times of vacations and various excursions in which your dog can not join you.

We have 9 acres, set off from the road quite a ways. I have 2 fenced in dog areas in which my Collies run & play when we are not outside with them. We take multiple breaks through out the day to play with dogs, can do walks, ball play, etc. Our Dogs have gotten along with everyone that has come over so far. Our Mini Schnauzer rules the roost in the house. :)

We can take walks on the road, play fetch, have play time in one of the dog yards, and walk through woods behind our house to smell all kinds of new things.
