I will work with the safety measures you have in place at your home. I will keep a watchful eye on your pets inside and outside. I have experience crating dogs and can do that if necessary. I will also make sure leashes and harnesses fit well and are not frayed or torn.

I like to know breed, any special needs the pet may have, feeding/potty schedule, and any favorite treats. I also want to know temperament and any triggers that can be identified so I don't spook a nervous dog.
A typical day
First, I’ll start your dog off with a brisk walk to get their energy out. Then, when we return home, I’ll give them treats and we’ll play with toys. Once they are tired, I’ll make sure their water is filled and cleaned.

Hi - My name is Sarah, and I am a life-long dog and cat owner who can't wait to meet your fur baby! Dogs have always had a particularly special place in my heart; when I was a kid, I knew the names of every dog in my childhood neighborhood. I have experience walking, playing, feeding, and doing some light grooming of dogs since I was twelve years old. I have experience playing with, feeding, and doing some light grooming of cats since about the same time. I have also owned mice and hamsters at various points throughout my life. I have a gentle demeanor that makes animals naturally trust me. I am just as happy to be playful or cuddle on the couch with a pet, and I am naturally cautious, making sure to build trust with pets so they can get to know and feel comfortable with me. I look forward to caring for your pets!!
