This was my first time using rover and Sarah made it so easy and seamless. She sent me updates everyday and lots of pictures. I was such a worried pet mom but she kept me calm and took great care of my baby. Her family gave her lots of love all I could ask for.
Absolutely amazing experience! They took great care of my dog and made me feel completely comfortable while I was away. Communication was great, and I really appreciated the updates. My dog seemed happy, safe, and well cared for the entire time. I would definitely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
I don't usually leave a bad review but there were several things that contributed to this rating. First off, I dont think my dog was fed the times I requested. He cane back with nearly all of the food I sent. He also had bad mucus by his right eye, when I asked she brushed it off to allergies - which it wasnt. When I went to pick him up, she was short and on the phone, passed him to me and went in her house. I didnt get a chance to ask or comment at all. It wasnt a professional or kind experience.
Sarah was absolutely amazing and took care of our fur babies as if they were her own. Thank you for everything.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful!, she provided excellent, consistent updates and treated Max like family. He came home happy, calm, and well-cared for. I would love to consult with you prior to or when you book on what your pet is used to so I can try to make them feel as at home and safe as possible. Whether that is walks, lounging around the house, or scratches I will make sure they feel comfortable.
