I’ve used Sarah three times now to watch Coco and Bear, and we’ve had a great experience every time! She’s reliable, flexible with pick-up and drop-off, and always keeps me updated with pictures and lets me know how they’re doing. I also love that her daughter helps care for them and gives them plenty of snuggles while we’re away. 🥰 It gives me peace of mind knowing my pups are comfortable, loved, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Sarah and will continue using her in the future!
This was my first time using rover and Sarah made it so easy and seamless. She sent me updates everyday and lots of pictures. I was such a worried pet mom but she kept me calm and took great care of my baby. Her family gave her lots of love all I could ask for.
Absolutely amazing experience! They took great care of my dog and made me feel completely comfortable while I was away. Communication was great, and I really appreciated the updates. My dog seemed happy, safe, and well cared for the entire time. I would definitely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
I don't usually leave a bad review but there were several things that contributed to this rating. First off, I dont think my dog was fed the times I requested. He cane back with nearly all of the food I sent. He also had bad mucus by his right eye, when I asked she brushed it off to allergies - which it wasnt. When I went to pick him up, she was short and on the phone, passed him to me and went in her house. I didnt get a chance to ask or comment at all. It wasnt a professional or kind experience.
Sarah was absolutely amazing and took care of our fur babies as if they were her own. Thank you for everything.
