My entire life I have been passionate about all animals, so I made it my career. For the past 8 years I have been working as a Veterinary Technicain I love everything about the job. I have been on Rover for a couple years and am really trying to build great client and pet relationships. I feel with my experience and absolute love for animals and their well being, that I could be a great sitter fir your pets. Since I work as a technician I have administered medications and delt with special needs dogs, senior dogs and nervous dogs. I do have a dog named Huck at home. He is a friendly, playful pup. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines/flea and tick preventative. He has been around cats and dogs. Thank you for your interest and I hope to hear from y’all!

I’m so glad we chose Sarah to check in on our kitties at our home while we were out of town for a week! She took such great care of them for us, they warmed up to her quick and she was quick to love them too. She was very responsive and took so many pictures. She didn’t hesitate to oblige when Pickle came down with a cold a couple days before we were set to leave :( and I had to ask her to administer medication. She took excellent care and Pickle is all better now. You can tell she really loves animals which was important because our kitties mean so much to us. We will definitely be calling on her again for our next vacation.
Sarah did an AMAZING job taking care of my high-maintenance pets. She came to our home and was respectful of our space, even putting in extra effort on that front! She was accommodating of our schedule and gave a ton of effort in making sure we felt comfortable with our first in-home booking. My dog is not always super nice to strangers and she made every effort to comfort her and befriend her without giving up. Will definitely choose to book with Sarah again in the future.
Sarah H. is my go to person for when I go out of town or have an overnight shift at work. She works for Rover not only as a sitter but as a Trust and Safety agent for the company making it so much easier to count on her! I would trust Sarah with all my animals and my home anytime. 🐶🐱

Schedule
I am employed full time, with my job now I do work from home and am around all day and night as I am also taking classes. I have the ability to step away from work and give attention to your fur baby’s.

I have a dog and cat of my own. My house is dog proof. I have a secure fenced yard and when letting pets out I go with them as well.
Pets
A typical day
Able to take pets to dog parks, local or trail walks. Whatever they prefer. If they are with me depending on their physical abilities they usually get 2 walks per day as well as “yard” time.
