This was the first time we had left Molly since adopting her last year, so finding the right sitter was really important to us. Sarah was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Molly can be a little lead frustrated on walks and we were a little nervous about how she would manage, but Sarah handled her with real confidence and capability. She even took her on a longer local walk that we hadn't expected — above and beyond what we asked for. Sarah also took the time to do scent work with Molly, which she loves, and clearly read all the notes we left about her routine and personality. It made such a difference knowing she genuinely engaged with Molly as an individual rather than just going through the motions. We received lovely photos of Molly out on her walks and settled at home in the evening, which put our minds completely at rest. We will absolutely be booking Sarah again and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially those with dogs who need a little extra understanding and patience. It was a short notice to book one but Sarah was effective and was on time. She took our Labrador retriever out for a walk after his meal. Everything went smoothly that we enjoyed our afternoon in the city.
