Pet care experience
Love all sorts of animals!
I grew up with a bird and dog, and a cat was recently added to the family (I do not live with any pets currently). I backpack trained the cat, made toys and fortresses for the cat, took the dog on walks and hikes, whistled to the bird, and gave all the animals as many pets as I can! I've additionally done lots of pet sitting over the years for friends and family: cats, small dogs, medium dogs, rats, mice, aquariums, and insects. I don't mind reptiles either!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to take things slow when needed in order to prevent stress for the animals. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding and cleaning. And I try to engage with the animals as much as possible when they are up for it. There is a tendency to be more easy going but I amp up the energy for playtime and walks. I like to walk in general, so I can go far for those higher energy dogs!

Sarah did great and our kitties loved her very much, even the shy one who usually hides from strangers. She went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for during our trip.

Sarah was a wonderful cat sitter for my 10 month old kitten Boots. She looked after him for 2 days and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and comfortable. She understood the nature of kittens and introduced herself in a way that Boots, who is usually shy, warmed up very quickly to her. She updated me with pictures, videos, and messages of Boots and the games she created for him. Thank you again for the care you gave to my kitten.
Sarah took excellent care of my dog Peanut. Peanut's a senior dog and she was patient with his needs, and responsible with his medication that he'd needed at the time. Sarah has petsat for me multiple times, and every time Peanut has wanted to stay with her longer!

I have a flexible schedule and am available all days of the week for pet sitting. If I am unavailable, I will quickly communicate it.
