I have had pets in my home since the day I was born, but started caring for my first cat at age 11. Since then I've cared for many cats and dogs big and small. All of my pets have been well loved and cared for into their golden years. I love all animals, but my experience has mainly been with cats and dogs, although I have also worked with parrots, bunnies, and chickens. I would love to learn to care for more animals when the time comes. I currently have two young female cats. Unfortunately, I recently lost my 14 year old pittie mix and 20 year old kitty. I have loved many of my animals through to their seniors years, and with that comes giving pills and medications, eye and ear drops, medicated baths, caring for incisions after surgeries, giving subcutaneous fluids, etc. Even though most of my experience has been with older pets I also have experience with bottle feeding kittens and training puppies. I know how difficult it is to trust someone with your pets because they are your little family members. I hope I can become someone you can rely on.

I currently don't care for pets in my home. When caring for your pets in your home I try to be as consistent with their normal routine as possible. I try and listen to their body language if they are letting me know they need space or if they want more attention.

Schedule
I am new to the Pooler area and still getting established here. Previously I was in California and only pet sitting on a very limited basis. Currently my schedule is open, but I am a single mom to a toddler hoping to return to school and full time work eventually, so that may change over time. There are times when my child may need to join me (as long as your pet is okay with children). Because of this I only do drop ins and walks and hope for some flexibility in scheduling.
