I am a life-long pet owner and lover. I take care of all animals according to their needs and yours. Pet size or species is not an issue; I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, fish, birds, and horses. I am also used to multi-pet households. I have and have worked with rescue animals, as well. I am familiar with most animal behaviors and I want to know each of my clients individual preferences. I am used to giving medications and following dietary protocols for most animals. The safety and security of my clients and myself are at the front of my concern. I want to work with my clients so that they know their pets will be cared for almost as well as if they were doing it themselves.

I assess each pet based on their needs and desires. Some prefer to play, some want to just cuddle and others just want me to feed them and leave. I’m never going to push them into a situation where they are upset by my being there.

This was my first time using River. Sarah was friendly and great with my two rowdy labs. She sent photos and her visit with them. I will definitely be rebooking with Sarah!

Schedule
This is currently my only job aside from helping my widowed brother care for his four kids. During the school year, I’m available starting at 9am and can do house sitting most readily on the weekends during the summer I’m available on a more flexible time frame.
