Sarah was very good with our Dogs. Even though she didnt stay the nights, she stayed late and came early to be with them. She was very accommodating the first day to come early than expected. She made sure our two dogs got their exercise and they got fed. Well we didn't like the fact that she reported one of our dogs as "aggressive" when he's not. And we've had numerous people besides them taking care of him and none of them have stated anything to that nature. He play bites but not very hard. And you just tell him to leave it. He just does that when he's hyper and it needs to run around. We did mention to her that nachos a little bit challenging to walk to him being 74 lb and it was not necessary...playing fetch in the backyard is more than suffice if she didn't feel comfortable. I guess she reported him that he was not a good walker. We would have just liked better communication if she was having issues instead of waiting until after the fact and Reporting to Rover. But I guess she's not a good fit for these guys which we can respect that. And we will not use her anymore. Just wish she was straightforward with us directly.

Sarah is very reliable and a great communicator. You can tell she truly enjoys animals and does an amazing job. I enjoyed hearing all the details of the visit and seeing all the pictures and shared. Will definitely book again.

If we could give Sarah 20 stars we would!!! Sarah took care of our pets as if they were her own. She is beyond amazing! She is trustworthy and a true professional! She visited three times a day and spent time with each pet - giving them the individual attention and care they needed. She sent a detailed message and many photos after each visit. Sarah went above and beyond by cleaning up pet accidents, putting a thunder vest on our dog when needed, managing the unique needs of our three fur babies, handling mail/trash, and most importantly for loving our babies! We have boarded our pets in the past, but will always see if Sarah is available in the future.

Sarah is a fantastic sitter for our little doggy. She is attentive to his needs and he is ALWAYS excited to see her! She takes him on walks and potty breaks and sends pictures throughout the stay. We have utilized her services for multiple bookings and find her to be kind, gentle, and professional. I am at ease knowing my dog is in good hands.

Peanut seems very happy and the communication was great. Very satisfied!
