It can be a leap of faith having a stranger in your house, but meeting Sarah before we left was reassuring. She met our cat and was clearly not going to be fazed by any 'presents' that might be brought in. We were sent almost daily updates and photos, and our cat was very chilled with her. We would definitely use Sarah again.
