Excellent communication throughout. Our cat was initially unsure (even though she was absolutely fine during our meet and greet), but Sarah approached her calmly and thoughtfully, and went out of her way to ensure she was comfortable for the next visit. It was reassuring to hear that our cat was settled by the next visit. Flexible when our plans changed and very grateful that Sarah watered our hanging baskets during hot weather. Thanks again!
