Being home during the day allows me to fully adapt to your pet's schedule - we will stick to all feeding, walking, medication, exercise/playing, and any other schedules that your pet usually follows! (Although we may have even more 'playing' time!)

Information Sarah G. would like to know about your pet
● Things your dog likes! I want to make sure we do activities they’ll love! ● What makes them the happiest? Do they have any favorite games? ● Things your dog doesn’t like! Does your pet have any allergies, any triggers, any medical conditions, any shyness or anxiety? ● Any special routines you’d like followed! Do you want paws wiped after walks, treats given for specific god behaviors, etc.? ● Do you allow your pet on furniture? (I allow pets on furniture, but only if that’s okay with you!) I want to make sure your pup has the happiest, safest, and most comfortable time possible!
A typical day
● A typical day will have at least 3 walks, interspersed with frequent trips onto our grassy, fully-fenced balcony. ● All meals and medications will be given exactly as directed! ● Lots of play, snuggles, and affection! ● Rover's official boarding day is a 24-hour time period, but I am very open to whatever schedule works best for you! ● I'm 5 minutes from LGA. If your plane leaves at 5am or arrives at 3am, I can still make it work, with no extra cost to worry about. :)

Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m Sarah. I’m here to make your pet feel at ease, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, treating them with complete respect for your wants and wishes. I live with only my husband and son (born Feb. 2025) - we do not have pets of our own, due to our traveling! I’m on extended leave, so your pup will have *all* of the attention! To ensure that attention, I only dogsit for one family at a time. My home is a second floor apartment, with a private, fenced-in balcony, close to numerous parks for our longer walks. I grew up on a farm upstate, always taking care of dogs, and I’ve dogsat for over two decades. For the past 8 years, I’ve also volunteered at, and fostered dogs through, the SPCA. I joined Rover after moving to Queens to continue my dogsitting. :) I’m very reliable and keep to scheduled meals, medical needs and exercise. Oh! And let's not forget plenty of cuddling. I love taking pictures and updating families on what their fur babes are up to! I love dogs of all sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments! ******* Important note: My landlord's one restriction is that each dog must be under 60 lbs. ******* I look forward to meeting you soon!

Reviews

Sarah took great care of our baby! She sent lots of pictures and updates. We will definitely book with her again!
Thanks again for a great visit he misses you already.

Going away is always scary when you’d be so far from your pups, but Sarah was consistent in keeping me updated and kept my girls safe and happy their entire stay. Her care was much appreciated and is highly suggested!
Sarah was so great with my dog snoopy all the pictures and updates were great. I knew my dog was in the right hands when i met her. I will definitely recommend her and i will be using her again.
