I am a lifelong animal lover. I grew up with a household full of animals, and was constantly bringing more home. In high school I spent two years in a veterinary science technical program where I learned husbandry, basic first aid, training, etc. I have experience working with animals of all life stages, and care requirements. I can administer medication, and even have worked with diabetic kitties (my cat Leo is a diabetic himself).
