Animal lover who loves to hike
The deal for getting a puppy at aged 5 was learn to tell the time. Easiest deal ever. I grew up with our Labrador puppy, Cherry, all of my best childhood memories include her - walking me to school everyday (with Mum ofc!), stealing raspberries off the bush in Summer, blowing soap bubbles and watching her try and catch them all. We had 17 years of good memories, but sadly the last year included a lot of vet visits for strokes and the slow loss of her legs, which required special assistance for getting outside etc. When the time came for a puppy in the house again, I was the one doing the toilet training, the 2am soothes back to sleep and the Sunday dog training (or as Honey say it, snack time and cuddles). Together, we went to puppy yoga to help with her calmness, made it all the way up to the advanced dog training group and have several rosettes to show for it! Despite no longer living at home with my parents and Honey, I love getting to visit and dogsit which means new walks in new places.

Sarah looked after our 2 year old Corgi for 4 days in Aug-25. She maintained her routine very well, and provided regular updates so we knew all was well. Our girl was very well looked after. We would absolutely book Sarah again.

Sarah was incredible she had to go into my home and feed my cat and 2 dogs walk the dogs and settle them for the evening.....which she did easily and followed all instructions I had given her. I would definitely use Sarah again and I thank her for looking after my pets so well Jo
Sarah was wonderfully reassuring to both me (first time dog owner!) and my new puppy. I instantly felt that she was kind, gentle and experienced. I can home to find my puppy asleep and she had taught him to lie down! I got lots of feedback on what had gone on - eating toileting etc. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Our cocker spaniel Honey is always excited to see Sarah and go on long muddy walks. I am very happy to leave Honey in Sarah’s capable hands.

Schedule
I'm currently taking time off work and would love some walking buddies for my trips to the park or around town. I can be very flexible with walking times and if they're happy on public transport, can take your pets further afield for a more enriching walk experience - new sniffs/environment = exciting enrichment.

I've always been around all types and sizes of dogs so know it's not a one size fits all pet care. I have the confidence to make your pet feel soothed and at home if they're away from theirs, and have a secure communal garden area to take them outside regularly.
