I’ve always had a dog by my side for as long as I can remember & couldn't imagine my life without a furry friend. Chances are, if you’re reading this, neither can you! 🤍 Just about three years ago, I took my passion to the next level by working as a kennel attendant at a local boarding facility where I learned the ins and outs of caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Shortly after, I began dog walking & pet sitting, and have since cared for many wonderful dogs (& cats!) each with their own unique needs, routines, and personalities. I promise to treat your fur baby like they are my own, providing them with reliable care and surrounding them with the love and attention they deserve!

This was our first time using the Rover app to find long-term stay with a sitter. Not only was at our first time. It was a very last minute extremely short notice request. Sarah was very flexible and very accommodating and understanding given our situation and worked quickly with us to arrange a meet and greet and make the required arrangements for this transition to happen. I was very impressed with Sarah and her professionalism and love for animals. It was such a huge relief to find someone so quickly and to have that peace of mind leaving our dog on such short notice. Sarah provided daily feedback, updates and photos which further put our minds at ease while being away. We will absolutely use her again. It is very apparent that Sarah has a love for animals and takes great pride in her ability to do so. Her experience and compassion speak volumes.

Sarah was able to accommodate last minute drop ins for my 2 dogs over a weekend. She came to my home the same day to have a meet and greet and took good care of them while I was away for a work trip. The dogs were well taken care of during her drop ins throughout the weekend.

Schedule
I’m happy to work around my part-time schedule to provide pet care for families in need. I work Sundays and Thursdays and am often quite busy on those days, but I’m generally available the rest of the week in the afternoons and evenings, as well as the occasional morning when my schedule allows. I’m quite flexible and can usually find a schedule that works well for everyone. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my services or availability!

Dog Walks & Drop in Visits- I have reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes, along with experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I take the time to get to know each dog so I can provide exercise and care that best suits their individual needs. I believe consistency is key, so I make it a priority to learn each pet’s routine and the owner’s expectations to ensure their care feels familiar, stress-free, and precisely tailored to them. Boarding- I have a fenced yard and two small senior pups who are friendly with others. We also have a cat in the house that usually keeps to herself. I live near many parks & fields and would be happy to provide plenty of exercise and affection for your dog if it’s the right fit. Please reach out to me if you have further questions about boarding.

A typical day
I will always do my absolute best to give them the exercise they need and make sure our visit ends with them happy and enriched. Depending on the service, I will make sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, affection, treats, games that stimulate their minds, and anything else necessary to their personal routines.
