I bring a dedicated toolkit containing stomach friendly treats, interactive toys, and gentle grooming gear, which are fantastic tools for building trust and socializing with shy or energetic cats at their own pace. I respect the owner's established routines and send regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. I am very mindful of feline safety and 'catifying' spaces. In my own home,where I've raised two Ragdolls, I’ve designed enrichment through vertical climbing areas and cozy hideaways, while carefully blocking off dangerous 'panic spots' (like unreachable areas under deep beds) to ensure a cat can always be safely accessed in an emergency. I apply this same safety first, cat centric mindset whenever I am responsible for someone else's home and pets by asking the important questions like "where does your pet turn to when scared'.
