Pet care experience
Dog owners for 14 yrs, volunteer with Guide Dogs
My partner Kevin and I will jointly give your pet a great experience with us and had our first experience of dogs volunteering with Guide Dogs and puppy walked for 12 months which included basic training and socialisation before the dogs went into advanced training. We then became dog owners and had our Labrador Cookie for 14 years until recently. We've got lots of experience with puppies all the way through to seniors and everything in between and can be as disciplined or relaxed with dogs in our care as required.

Another fantastic stay for Otto with Sarah and Kevin and another holiday where we have not had to worry about him one bit! Sarah kindly sent daily updates and I love that we are also told how Otto has been behaving. Sarah and Kevin took such great care of Otto, he was again reluctant to leave. It was great to hear how quickly he settled with them and from the updates we saw, he clearly made himself feel right at home! Thank you, again, Sarah and Kevin!!! Now enjoy not finding dog hair in every inch of your house 🤣
We felt really happy to leave our dog Frankie with Sarah. We got lots of updates and she was interested in understanding Frankie and her needs, including medication! Because Frankie can be quite stubborn and has her quirks, we were a little worried how she would settle, but we needn’t have been as Sarah made sure Frankie was comfortable and enjoyed her time whilst we were away!
Sarah & Kevin have done a fantastic job looking after Doug. Lots of photos and helpful updates and so was accommodating with our fluctuating schedule. Thanks so much!
I can’t thank Sarah enough for the wonderful care she gave to Roxie. As an older dog (an OAP!), Roxie needs a bit of extra patience, comfort, and understanding, and Sarah was absolutely perfect. She was so kind and attentive, making sure Roxie was relaxed, well cared for, and sticking to her usual routine. It was really reassuring knowing she was in such gentle and capable hands. Sarah clearly has a natural way with dogs, especially those who need a little extra TLC. When I picked Roxie up, she was calm, happy, and clearly very comfortable, which says everything. It’s such a relief to have someone I can fully trust with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sarah again and would highly recommend her, especially for anyone with older dogs who want that extra level of care and compassion.
Sarah and Kevin were wonderful at looking after our dog and sent daily updates where he was clearly having the BEST time! They took such good care of him he was genuinely reluctant to leave when we picked him up!! They have the biggest dog toy box and a lovely garden for the dogs to play in and have nice walks to go on. I really loved that Sarah and Kevin took time to understand our dog's characteristics and behaviour! We would definitely recommend Sarah and Kevin and would not hesitate to use them again! Noodle had a great first day with Sarah! She communicated well via the platform and was very welcoming when we arrived in the morning. He came back happy as larry and have booked a follow up soon.

Schedule
We both work from home and have flexibility in our days to walk a dog throughout the day and interact with it too. We're happy for a dog to sleep in our office while we work too if they prefer.

Safety, trust & environment
The garden is fenced off and there are no other animals on the home. Happy for your dog to be crated but don't have a crate ourselves.
A typical day
We love to play some games with dogs, give them a lovely walk in our local area including parks and woods to have a good sniff. We like to include some sensory activities that keep their brains busy too*
