Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds from rescues, seniors, puppies, and everything in between. I'd be a great fit if you're a detail-oriented or slightly worried/anxious pet parent who wants their routine followed to the letter, frequent updates, and someone who treats your home and family members with love and respect. Getting a routine right matters a lot to me. I ask lots of questions upfront and pay close attention to the small stuff: think feeding times, meds, favorite routes, comfort items, quirks, fears, or behaviors, because those details are what make a dog feel secure. I'd rather over-communicate than guess. I lived with and cared for a reactive dog for 13 years, so I know firsthand what it takes to help an anxious dog feel safe, and how to prevent conflict in the first place. All my dogs have been rescues, and I have a soft spot for dogs who need extra patience to warm up. I'm not a certified trainer, but I've spent years learning dog training, body language, and enrichment, and every interaction is rooted in positive reinforcement. I will require a meet and greet with your pet in advance of the first booking so they can become familiar with me, and so I can become familiar with their routine and needs. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to be present for your dog, whether that's extra walks, playtime, or just being around for company, and I'm happy to talk through what kind of availability works best for your pet!
