I had a terrible experience with Sarah. She was scheduled to do three drop in visits per day while I was traveling out of town. We took care of the morning on the first day and requested a visit at 5pm, 10pm, and then 9am the next day. She showed up at 3:30pm to let the dogs out and feed them dinner. A little early but not a big deal. We did not hear from her until 9:30am the next morning when it became apparent that she did not do the 10pm drop in at all and did not fill out any Rover cards to validate her showing up. She essentially left them unattended for almost 18 hours with no opportunity to use the restroom and have any human contact. It is irresponsible and dangerous for any dog much less an 11 year old senior lab that has had health issues. I booked in home visits to make sure that he is comfortable and did not have to go to a kennel. We had to cancel the rest of her visit and were fortunate enough to find enough friends in town that could watch them the remainder of the stay. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend her to anyone else given the lack of care shown to the animal's welfare.

Boarding our dogs with Sarah was a great experience! Her dogs played great with ours, and her fenced in back yard was a perfect setup. I also appreciated her prompt communication. Our dogs came home tired and happy. Would definitely rebook!

Sarah was so kind and caring when she took care of our Bruno and Hunter. She was very flexible with the last minute request. I could not ask for a better person who would take care of our furry babies, very grateful for loving care. Thank you very much!

Sarah was awesome with our dog! She was very flexible with dropoff and pickup and sent updates each day. Sarah was a great communicator and was very easy to work with. Our dog had a blast staying with Sarah and her dogs!
