I have grown up in a house with multiple animals my whole life. My dad is a professional dog trainer so I have grown up with a background of being able to read and understand dogs. My family also breeds Shorthairs so I'm very well rounded. I have worked in vet's offices for 10 years, and have had many years of animal care experience in different fields. I have been a petsitter for around 15 years, and my business grew by word of mouth. My daughter and son love to travel with me so kid friendly dogs are preferred. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I am free any day of the week and most any time you may need me. My schedule is very flexible as long as my son can travel with me. I will always do meet and greets with the pets and owners to make sure we are a good fit. I will follow all instructions given to me by the owners to keep the animals feeling safe. Due to some recent issues with bully mixes and my two pups, I am not boarding any dogs mixed with pit bull in my home. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Sarah took care of our spoiled girl, Rowan, like she was one of her own. Loved the updates and knowing she was playing and meeting new friends!
Sarah was great with our two dogs! She was very communicative, sent updates & photos and stuck to our dogs’ schedules as needed. We felt extremely comfortable since one of our dogs needs multiple medications throughout the day. Both dogs loved Sarah and her sweet daughter! They were happy, healthy & exhausted when we got home! Sarah Edwards is a very reliable and dependable pet setter. Sarah goes out of her way for your pets. One of our dogs needs med twice daily and his ears cleaned daily, Sarah stayed at our home so she would be there to treat him. We are very sad that she has moved away. What we have lost, you have gained.

Programma
My husband and I work together to keep the best schedule for our animals and those that are staying with us. Breakfast is done by my husband before work and I take care of the dogs the rest of the day!

I have a fully fenced in yard. Dogs are allowed to run the entirety of my open concept downstairs. I have a gate up to prevent them from going upstairs to the kids bedrooms. Dogs are all fed in their kennels (including mine) to prevent any food aggression issues. Dogs are all kenneled at night and when I leave the house (which is rare) during the day.

Depending on what the animal likes I may throw the ball, take them for walks, or just wrestle with them in the house. I am very flexible on my activities.
