Sarah was wonderful with cody! this was his first time staying in someone’s home instead of a pet hotel, so i was naturally nervous. she took the time to ask lots of questions beforehand so she could understand his routine and make him comfortable. throughout the stay, she kept me updated, sent photos, and was very honest about everything that happened—even the little challenges, which i really appreciated. communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear she genuinely cared about cody’s well-being. i’d definitely trust her with cody again. thank you so much, Sarah!
