Availability
Boarding: With both of our fully remote jobs, either Cyrus or Sarah are home nearly all hours of the day for animals that are boarding with us. Let us know your needs and we’ll be happy to work with you. Drop-Ins: We are a husband-and-wife team. For each drop-in, one of us will attend, and sometimes both of us, depending on availability. We do not guarantee to both be present at every drop-in visit unless explicitly discussed with the owner in advance.

With years of experience and a calm, safe and cozy house in a quiet, animal-loving neighborhood, we make sure your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home in their environment while you’re away. We completely understand having security devices such as cameras around your home, we just kindly request that these be disclosed prior to confirming a booking for drop-in visits, thank you! Information Sarah & Cyrus J. would like to know about your pet
Before all booking please let us know some basic information- how often, how much, and what times they typically eat, typical bedtime and wake-up times, potty break times, medication needs, and whatever else makes them unique! Also note all Rover services are considered separate requests. If you would like multiple services during a booking (such as adding a walk to boarding or a drop-in) please reach out and we can do our best to accommodate! For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we are only able to care for dogs who are not aggressive towards other animals or humans, do not bark excessively, do not have a history of jumping fences, and that do not have frequent accidents in the home (not in regards to puppies). Please note that we may host up to 3 dogs (and 1-2 cats, which are kept separate from dogs and each other) at any time. Dogs are not guaranteed to be the only pet in our care, and must be comfortable sharing space with other dogs. These guidelines allow us to provide a safe, calm, and positive environment for every dog we accept. Please plan on providing food, medications/supplements, something that smells like home, crate/kennel (if desired) if your dog will be boarding with us. For cats boarding with us, please bring food a litter box with extra litter. If your pet needs a special bowl (i.e. slow feeder, raised, etc) please bring that for them to use, thank you!
A typical day
We can take any dog outside to potty and play at least every 2 hours when we’re home. Our fenced-in yard and small patio allow them a chance to run around or sit in the shade with us outside. We provide engaging playtime for cats as well- we are well experienced in their likes and dislikes. You are guaranteed to get photos of your pet every day of the fun activities they’re enjoying!

My husband, Cyrus and I (Sarah) are a fun, reliable team with a lifelong love for animals. We've cared for both cats and dogs our whole lives and treat every pet like family. As a registered nurse, I also bring extensive medical experience and knowledge, so you can feel extra confident your pet is in safe, capable hands. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or sticking to routines, your pet will feel right at home with us. If we are caring for your pet through drop-ins, we will ensure that they are comfortable and that they get all of the love and attention possible!

I have used Sarah and Cyrus’s sitting services several times. Their space for the dogs is always immaculate. The dogs have easy access to a large fenced in yard. Both Sarah and Cyrus spend a lot of time with the dogs. Their communication is excellent and the daily reports thorough with many photos. I highly recommend.
Sarah & Cyrus were great providing daily updates, answered question’s timely and provided multiple pictures during our 2 Springers 8 day stay. It made it easy for us to relax on our vacation knowing our pups were in good hands! Our pups came back happy and well cared for. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!! This was my first time to ever leave my dachshund with anyone he didn't know! But, Sarah and Cyrus made both of feel at home. They explained things and have an amazing set up for the dogs/cats! They sent me pictures periodically in which I could tell Spud was very comfortable there with them! I'm very grateful for the quality of care they gave Spud! I would definitely book again if needed!
This was our first time using Rover, and we’re so glad we found Sarah and Cyrus! They sent us daily updates with pictures of our girl! She got plenty of playtime, and when we picked her up, she was her happy, goofy self. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We definitely recommend them and will absolutely be booking with them again!
