Paw-some, compassionate pet care!
Growing up, I never met an animal I didn’t like! I cared for dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a hermit crab at home while volunteering at my local aquarium and telling unsuspecting folks all of my favorite shark facts. I pursued this love of critters through college and now am so lucky to work as a full-time permitted wildlife rehabilitator at a C’Ville area nonprofit! While I spend my days caring for orphaned and injured wildlife, my favorite part of my day is spending time adventuring with my own pup, George. My extensive work with wildlife in a clinical setting - including small mammals, songbirds, raptors, and reptiles - transfers wonderfully to caring for domestic animals of all shapes and sizes. I am trained in administering medications, providing CPR to mammals, and identifying potential health issues. Above all, I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and super fun experience for your furry friends.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and soothing environment for your pet. That being said, I know that what might be soothing for one pet might not be for another! I am committed to learning your pet’s unique needs and personality traits. I have experience working with and training reactive dogs and understand how to manage and reduce potential triggers.

Schedule
I am often widely available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to care for your pets, and I am typically available Tuesday through Friday after 4 PM. My schedule can be flexible, so I am happy to try and find a time or routine that works for you.
