Kind, caring, experienced dog sitter
Me and my partner Joe are kind, caring and experienced pet sitters. We have looked after my family's dogs for 7+ years, as well as numerous dogs from close family and friends. We pride ourselves on being conscientious, caring and attentive dog sitters. We love animals and love caring for them. Joe and I have been together for almost 10 years, and we have recently bought a house in Chelmsford, and are excited to welcome pets into our home. We have a secure garden, no pets, no children, and do not smoke.

Millie had her first over night stay with Sarah and Joe. They ensured she received excellent care and made to feel at home with cuddles and lots of attention. As the temperatures were high too during her stay they made sure she stayed cool and relaxed and were extremely accommodating to Millie’s needs at bedtime. Thank you for taking great care of Millie - She has come come totally relaxed and chilled!
Sarah looked after our cocker spaniel for us while we were away and she was fabulous. Really responsive and sent us lots of updates to reassure us that our dog was being well looked after. We are really grateful and will definitely use Sarah again.
Amazing!!! We cannot recommend Sarah enough. Was a real big ask for us to leave Woody with someone we didn’t know during our wedding day/night but Sarah and her partner were brilliant. Constant pictures whilst Woody was with them and a loving home that he thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you both!
Sarah and Joe were recommended to me by their lovely friends, Gina and Sam who used to look after my dog for day care and boarding over several years through Rover but gave up dog care at the end of 2025 due to other commitments. From the moment I met Sarah and Joe at their home during our initial meet and greet, it was clear they are a genuine, caring and thoughtful couple with a real passion for dogs so I had no hesitation in leaving Millie in their care. During her day care, I really appreciated the regular updates, photos and messages which showed just how much Millie was enjoying herself. She spent the day in a relaxed, stress-free environment receiving plenty of attention through walks, cuddles and games of fetch in the shaded part of their garden. When I arrived to pick her up, it was obvious she had had a wonderful day. Millie was treated as part of the family rather than simply being looked after. She came home totally chilled and relaxed and is already looking forward to her next stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah and Joe to anyone looking for a safe, loving home-from-home environment for their dog. Thank you! x
Sarah and Joe were the most amazing pup sitters for our sweet Izzy. From the moment I met them I knew Izzy would be in brilliant hands - she was so comfortable in their home from the start. Schedule
I work full time, and so does my partner Joe, however - we both primarily work from home. We have recently bought a house in Chelmsford with a fenced garden and are excited at the prospect of looking after dogs. We can't commit to having our own dog or cat at the moment, due to our work, but can commit to being a part time pet sitter to fit with our schedules. Most recently, we care for my parent's sausage dog when they go on holiday, and a close friend's Coton du tulear - who we looked after for a whole month while he was on holiday. We have also looked after a close friend's french bulldog cross. When working from home, we are able to attend to a dog's needs, ensure they have toilet breaks, and can take them for walks early morning, during our lunch break and/or after work - whichever is preferable for your dog.

Fenced garden, and dog friendly home. Whenever we have cared for a dog, we have been happy to let them sit on the sofa or our bed, for snuggles. We love the happiness a dog or cat brings to our home. We have no other pets, and no children, and do not smoke.
A typical day
We love to play with the dogs we look after (my parent's sausage dog would play ball all day if he could!). We also love to snuggle dogs on our sofa, and ensure they get the attention they need. Working from home means we have flexible schedules, and can ensure toilet breaks for dogs, and regular walks in the morning, at lunch, and after work. We also have a fenced garden 60ftish, so there's plenty of space for dogs to roam around and enjoy the outdoors.
