I usually love our Rover sitters but was so disappointed this time. Sarah was not home at the pre-arranged drop-off time, even after confirming it ahead of time. She said she was 'on her way home' from the pool but did not message back for an hour and 40 minutes. It ended up being a friend at the house during drop off so we never even got to meet who would be taking care of our dog or go over instructions. We also requested updates during his time with her but over 11 days we only got one photo and no context or updates on how he was doing. Lastly, when we picked him up him and all his items had a horrible smell. All around a poor experience!
