I’m currently a full time graduate student so most of my weekday schedule is spent in classes, however I’m more than willing to commute during weekdays once classes are over. I’m typically always free after 4 Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday and Thursday after 11 am. I rent a room in a house with three other pets so unfortunately I’m unable to board but happy to house sit! I have 5+ years of house sitting experience as well for families with pets :)

Being away from family is very hard, so I prioritize hanging out with them and making sure they feel as happy and safe as possible. I completely understand parent pet preferences vary, so I make sure to be very aware and considerate of that as well.

Let me know if your pet has any medications or special needs in any way. As a past owner of a senior dog, I definitely get there can be a lot to keep up with. You have their best interest at heart and want to make sure they are safe and comfortable, so please don’t hesitate to let me know if they have any limitations or preferences.
A typical day
I love dog walking and cat chilling but just hanging out with them while they are their silly selves is always fun too. I am big on meeting them where they’re at (if they feel like taking a nap, taking a nap it will be… if they feel like running in circles, I’ll run in circles with them… if they feel like having a stare down, having a stare down it will be)

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with and around pets since I was 7. For 15 years my family had the sweetest dog who unfortunately had a lot of struggles near the end of her life. This has given me a big soft spot for senior dogs and helped me understand and empathize with their unique needs. My experience with cats is a bit more limited (as most of family is allergic :/) however I’m a HUGE cat lover as well. Many of my closest friends have cats so I’ve been lucky enough to hang out with them. I am so much more than happy to learn about the preferences you have for taking care of your pets and to help out!

Sarah did such an amazing job watching our 3 cats and very stubborn dog. She was punctual, communicative, and such a pleasure to work with. She sent so many cute pictures of our pets and made our travels much easier knowing they were in such good hands. She also took great care of our home while we were away.
