Hey y’all! 👋 I’m Sarah — former therapist, now a tech leader by day, and an animal lover always. With 25+ years of experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds, plus guinea pigs, turtles, chinchillas, and exotic birds. (Snakes and arachnids are my only hard no! 😬) 🌟 In between the hustle of tech, I love to walk, hike, and swim with dogs of every size and age. I work remote, so I have a lot of flexibility around my schedule. I don’t have kids, so caring for your pups is an absolute joy — it’s truly a hobby for me. ❤️ In my care, your pups will be treated like my own — loved on, exercised, showered in kisses and snuggles, sent plenty of pics, and taken on lots of little adventures. I am a detail oriented gal and very thorough with all communication to keep pet owners at ease during their time away. 👌 I am comfortable with medication administration (oral, topical, injection) with dogs. 🐕 I also have a very playful mixed pup, Ollie, who loves a good walk, trot through the woods, a nap, & a good game of fetch! 📆 I’m currently booking for drop-ins and walks, with availability that may vary month to month — feel free to reach out! I do not do boarding at this time. 😊 I look forward to loving your pets just as I do my own!

I have a fenced in back yard that allows dogs space to roam and explore with parks nearby. However, I am partial to check-in’s and walks. I am not offering boarding at this time.

Sarah was absolutely amazing with our two ridgebacks! I can honestly say they have never seemed happier while we’ve been away. From the moment we left, I knew they were getting so much love and attention and being cared for as if they were her own dogs. She kept me updated with the cutest pictures and thoughtful details about how they were doing, which gave me so much peace of mind and made it so much easier to relax while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about them and took the time to make sure they felt comfortable, loved, and happy. The nicknames were spot on and kept us laughing! Sarah is reliable, attentive, trustworthy, and truly has a special way with animals. We came home to two very happy, well-loved dogs, and I couldn’t ask for more from a dog sitter. We feel so lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will truly love and care for their pets like family! Sarah will always be our first call 💗
She did an amazing job taking care of my two goober's, sent lots of pictures and detailed updates. 10/10 would recommend and book again.
Sarah C was great watching my dog Aspen! Being a Great Dane I was nervous but she walked her everyday, sent constant pictures and my dog didn’t want to leave when I showed up!! I highly recommend her in the Raliegh area. Bonus, her house has huge fenced in backyard!
Sarah has a true love of all animals, and treats her dog like a member of her family. She feeds her dog a very healthy diet, walks him routinely, and keeps up with all of his health care needs. She is very responsible ; I would trust her with any of my pet.

Schedule
I currently work from home in the tech world and am fairly flexible with my schedule for drop-in's. I have ample time to walk and care for doggos of all sizes and ages. Whether we are lounging or on an adventure, we'll work in ample fun during the days together!

- As a former Therapist, I’m always happy to work with dogs who may have needs that require more patience, and I understand the power of quiet time and decompressing with high-anxiety dogs. I am also happy to administer meds, snuggles, and more!
