Sarah was great! She was very communicative and came home to the house just as we left it and two very happy dogs!

We had a mixed experience with this stay. On the positive side, she was attentive to our dog, took him on lots of walks including a trip to the nature preserve, and kept us updated with photos. He seemed happy and well cared for when we returned. There were, however, several unexpected issues. She weeded and cut back plants without being asked, including some herbs and flowers I wanted there, and we found various household and personal items had been used or moved without our knowledge. One candle appears to have been knocked over, leaving red wax on the table and other candles. Food from our refrigerator was also removed and offered to our neighbor. Our instructions specified one cup of food for the dog, but there was significantly more in his bowl, along with cheese we hadn’t approved. We also learned that she had been drinking with our neighbor, smoking weed inside our home, and had someone we did not know in our garage. She also requested that we send her a tip through Venmo/Zelle/Cash App rather than through Rover, which regretfully we did. We appreciate the care and exercise she gave our dog, but the issues with our home, belongings, and following instructions mean we would not feel comfortable booking her again.

Sarah was good at communicating and letting me know how things were going. I think my sweet girl had a good weekend.

Sarah did a great job house sitting and watching Bunker for us! She communicated often and updated us with photos! The house was clean and in great condition when we got home as well. We will definitely use her again in the future and I highly recommend her services!!

We booked Sarah last minute, like the day before our trip! She was quick to come over to meet us and our two beagle boys and learn their daily routine and needs. She was gracious to not only dog sit but house sit for 6 nights, and 7 days. We even added an extra night last minute. Sarah took great care of our boys, and communicated by sending us messages and pictures daily. She even vacuumed the floors and washed their blankets during the week. The house was just as clean when we arrived home as it was the day we left. I recommend Sarah for anyone’s pet sitting needs. Thank you again Sarah for the peace of mind of knowing our babies were well taken care while we were away.
