Hi, I am Sarah - dog lover by nature! Since my current situation doesn’t allow me to have my own dog, I decided to sign up on Rover. I have more than 12 years experience with dogs, always cared for friend's or family member's dogs of all different breeds and sizes. I’m especially experienced with dachshunds and naturally drawn to their character. I understand their unique mix of intelligence, independence and strong personality. They often need clear routines, gentle consistency and someone who respects their boundaries while still guiding them calmly. I’m very comfortable with their energy and sensitivities and know how to build trust with them in a way that makes them feel safe and relaxed. For me it’s not about earning money with dog sitting but rather spending time with the dog and making new furry friends. If you are looking for a reliable, flexible and caring person who treats your dog as she would treat her own, I would be happy to help you out. Schedule
Since I'm working from home, I can be quite flexible throughout the day. I'm a very active person and go for a walk every day. Having a dog with me makes my walks even more fun. :-)

My biggest goal is to provide a second home to your dog and to make him/her feel as comfortable as possible. When we’re meeting the first time, we can discuss together what your dog likes/dislikes and create an environment that your dog will be happy with.
A typical day
I will do everything that's needed to ensure your dogs comfort is met. I‘m happy to prepare meals for the dogs, cuddle with the dog, play with the dog or just let the dog sleep - whatever your dog needs comes first.
