*I have moved and now have a dog - please note new location in Stittsville.* Are you looking for a mature and responsible pet sitter who only takes one dog at a time (in addition to my own friendly dog)? I'm home all day so your dog will never be left alone. Meet and greets before booking are welcome! Your dog’s wellbeing will be my top priority and I want you to feel comfortable and confident leaving your cherished family member with us. I provide regular updates and pictures during your pet’s stay. I’ve had five dogs over the past 25 years and each was considered a special family member. I have experience giving medication, with senior and blind dogs, and with dogs who have separation anxiety. I also offer an hourly rate for short-term daycare if you need someone to watch your dog for an hour or two. This can be a practical solution if your dog has separation anxiety or cannot be left alone for medical reasons. Evening daycare hours also available - for example, drop off at 6:00 pm and pick up before midnight.

Sarah and her family are always our first choice to care for our boy. We are so happy to have found them! Sarah is patient and friendly; always quick to reply. She genuinely seems to enjoy caring for our boy. She keeps us updated with photos and information about his stay. She let's us know any observations or concerns. We appreciate her attentive care and open and honest communication. Our boy is always excited to go to Sarah's place and when we pick him up, he's happy and tired from all the fun he's had. He gets a fun get-away and so do we!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Bean had a blast spending time with this lovely family. Frequent messages through the days with lots of adorable pics, I felt so comfortable that Bean was being well cared for. Just really lovely people who took wonderful care of my fur baby, cannot recommend enough!!

Sarah was a great dog sitter. Coco always seemed to be quite happy. Sarah sent us pictures and kept in touch with us all the time, making our stay away from Coco go a lot easier. Would definetly recommend Sarah and call on her myself. Helene B

Schedule
I offer drop-in daycare, evening care (with pick-up before midnight), and overnight boarding in my home. Housetrained and dog and people-friendly dogs only, please. Feel free to reach out to discuss your dog's unique needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I offer a safe large fully fenced yard and local walks on trails behind our home. I only take a single dog at a time.
A typical day
I provide on-leash walks in my residential neighborhood and on local trails. Although I was a regular at Bruce Pit with my own dog, I prefer not to walk client dogs off leash for safety reasons. I offer fun playtime indoors and outside with toys and balls.
