The dogs temperament, size, and breed is helpful for me to prep. But not completely necessary for me to know in advance. Any preferences when it comes to treats or bedtime will be noted!
A typical day
Walk, run, fetch. Whatever your dog is into. Maybe your dog likes fetch, but doesnt quite understand bringing it back. Thats cool too! I love working with dogs and maybe I'll be able to teach them how to give a high five after a few visits!

My name is Sarah and I live in New York, NY. I have been a dog owner for over 30 years, a majority of that time has been in a multi-dog home. I have always 'clicked' well with dogs, I attribute that to having grown up with them. I have experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and PERSONALITIES - from more timid, quiet dogs to impossible-to-contain. I am an active individual, so I am able to run more rambunctious dogs to burn off excess energy and just as happy taking a leisurely walk around the park. Most of all, I truly love dogs and caring for them brings me the most joy. I can't wait to meet your dog and I promise to treat him like he were my own.

Sarah was my first experience with Rover and Rex's first time staying with a sitter. After meeting Sarah the day before, Rex was immediately drawn to her. Her compassion and experience with dogs was evident from the start. She was very communicative and kept us in the loop with photos and updates throughout Rex's stay. Honestly can't say enough good things about her and how much she eased my nerves throughout this process. The next time I'm in need of a sitter, Sarah will be Rex and I's first choice. Highly recommend!
Delilah stayed with Sarah for 10 days. And I can say that she spent great time with her. Whenever we need a sitter again we’ll ask Sarah for her help. Thanks for having our baby!

Sarah was great with our old puppers. She was professional, responded quickly, and obviously loves her charges. This is the first time we've left Zoey with a stranger in a few years, add in a bit of separation anxiety, and this was a nerve wracking experience for all of us. Sarah put us and Zoey at ease, and we came home to a stress free, well loved, little dude. My partner and I can't speak highly enough of her!
