Pet care experience
I have over 15 years experience with pet sitting and dog walking for others. I’ve done short term pet sitting and long term pet sitting in home. I have also owned dogs and cats for 10+ years :) I am very calm around animals and care very much for their happiness. As a dog owner, I know it can be difficult for many to maintain a healthy and consistent exercise routine for pets when life gets busy, so I am happy to help those who want to give their pups the outdoor time they love!

Sarah is the best! She takes such good care of my dog and leaves great descriptions and photos of each visit.
We have 4 cats and this was our first time using Rover. Sarah contacted us and arranged to meet up on short notice. She was professional and asked all the right questions on how to care for our spoiled kitties. She actually got to know them all during visits and gave them exceptional care and love. Even gave extra care to one cat by removing ticks she found while petting. She is a real cat person, knows how to be around them and understands some of their behaviors. I currently offer care for animals in my own home but I do not have a fenced in yard so your dog needs to be comfortable going potty on a leash :)

I am happy to provide any special care that your pet needs, so just let me know! I have experience working with dogs and cats post surgery and I am very, very patient. Also, please let me know what type of interactions your pets like so that I can provide the best care. Do they like to run around the house? Do they prefer to be in their own space? Do they like belly rubs, or prefer their ears to be scratched?
A typical day
I love walking and I love dogs so of course I love to take dogs on walks around the neighborhood! I can walk very very fast if your pet has a lot of energy, or I can walk slow if you have a pet that likes to ‘stop and smell the roses’

Availability
I work in education and so I have summers off work so I have a very flexible schedule. During the school year, I still maintain a flexible schedule but with less availability.
