I have an iron rod fence and live on a corner lot in a small town. You can see through the fence, however medium to large dogs do not fit through the bars but can delightfully tell people to go away. I bought this house for my senior dogs so my house is easy to clean and comfy.

Information Sarah B. would like to know about your pet

I believe all dogs are special and have their own personalities so let me know what your dog likes, loves, and doesn't like or love. If you would like special accommodations made for health reasons or just because I will do so. I DO NOT have breed preferences. I have worked with a less than 1lbs Yorkie puppy to a 200lbs Great Dane. Everyone’s different and I appreciate that about everyone. I love everyone and I am going to let them cuddle and play just like any other dog. Basically every dog deserves to have that freedom and fun they all desire. I'll do my best to provide that.

A typical day

The care provided includes walks/jogs in the morning if it’s not too hot or just a play in the backyard. Hanging out at my house means you can bring treats and food and beds. I have beds and space for them to be my family for a little while.

Pet care experience

Hi, I retired from animal medicine in 2024 to work from home with my senior pets (Dogo Argentino and an Australiain Cattle Dog) who have since passed. I have a lot of love to give but I would rather be auntie than mom for now. I specialized in large breed, seniors, special needs, and aggression behaviors. I worked in the pet industry but in a different positions of specialty for both medicine, grooming, and general pet care. I have been on rover and working with clients outside of rover for a long time.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say it enough to her. She took on the incredible role of being in charge of 4 fur babies while I was away for the weekend. They adored her and I was very relaxed knowing they were in good hands. She sent photos over the weekend and it just confirmed more how at ease they were with her around. She was so flexible and understanding when the plans changed. I'm looking forward to working with her again soon
