I have a relatively flexible schedule at work so I can make multiple trips to let the babies out for bathroom breaks as long as you don't live too far away from downtown Kona.

A typical day
I would enjoy to take your pets for walks. One of my favorite places is the trail up by Palamanui Community College. We can also play fetch, go for a swim (if they enjoy the ocean), we can go for morning runs, evening sunset walks, or play dates with other dog friends in the neighborhood, etc.

Pet care experience
I have always loved animals. I feel a special connection with them, their honesty and their unconditional love. Animals never lie and they never judge. I have never met an animal I didn’t like. I will do everything I can to ensure your loved ones have the best possible care I can provide. I have a flexible work schedule so I can make regular drop-ins, walks, feedings, etc. I worked as a veterinary assistant for a short time so I have a little background in caring for sick animals as well. I am diligent about sending photos and updates as often as you like!

Sarah was so kind to try to get to know my parrot. She didn’t have any experience with birds in particular but I really appreciated her patience and empathy. I would highly recommend her to care for your pet! :)
I can’t recommend Sarah enough! She has been wonderful with my two dogs, and they love her to bits! Her professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals make her an exceptional pet sitter and dog walker. I really appreciate her communication with updates, photos and the occasional video during her visits. My dogs always look happy and joyful. I highly recommend Sarah! She is a trustworthy and compassionate individual and all of us are grateful for her services.
Sarah is the very best human and critter sitter around. She has sat for our three dogs numerous times and we couldn't ask for a better caregiver. Our three dogs span in ages from 4-16yo. She is great with making sure medicines are given at correct times, supportive care is given to our older dog, and that each animal is loved, snuggled, and taken care of. We moved to Maui a few months back from the Big Island and we still see if Sarah is available to fly over to watch them. That's how incredible she is. You can feel at ease with her watching your animals.
Sarah's love of animals is evident. My dog was lucky enough to be dog-sat at home by Sarah instead of being boarded. It was especially important because he had an infection that required him to wear a cone, take medication, and ointment to be put on the infected site. She handled this with ease and spoiled the heck out of him. She made sure he got his daily walks and sent me plenty of pictures of updates on the fun they were having. It's much less stressful for an animal to remain in its home and I was thankful that Sarah was able to be with him. She is not only loving towards animals but extremely trustworthy and has my whole-hearted recommendation for anyone considering having Sarah watch their animals.
