Caring for animals brings me a lot of joy! I grew up with dogs and rabbits, and I’m a proud bun mom to three little rascals. Whether your pet has fur that flops or tails that wag, I’m here to provide attentive, compassionate care when needed. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes from pups to gentle giants and I’m especially patient with anxious or shy dogs. I understand that every pet has their own personality, pace and preferences so I always aim to create a safe, reassuring experience on walks and visits. Whether it’s a long walk or quiet drop-in, I’ll treat your pets like my own with an abundance of love, care and respect so let’s chat!

Sarah has looked after dogs big and small, giving them plenty of walks, playtime, and belly rubs. She’s also cared for rabbits, keeping them well fed and comfy. All animals naturally relax and enjoy spending time with her.
Sarah seems to have a great way to build trust with animals. About 2 years ago we adopted a rescue who had and continues to struggle with anxiety and warming up to people. Initially he was very timid and shy with her but she worked with him to build trust. She did this with an astute calmness and consistent approach. She spent a lot of time with him and was creative in gaining his trust and helping to calm him. She took him on daily walks, taught him numerous tricks and now she seems to have him as putty in her hands. She showed tremendous patience and you can truly see her love and affection for dogs. I would highly recommend her in the care of your beloved pet. She just seems to have an innate ability to connect with pets and establish a common ground

Schedule
I was recently RIF’d so am available to walk or visit your pets throughout weekdays and most weekends while I figure out where I’ll land!

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I should be aware of like triggers and anxieties, likes and dislikes, and if they get along with other dogs/animals!
