Information Sarah B. would like to know about your pet

No breed restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot take any dogs with aggression issues as our dog is elderly and not a candidate for surgery. Thank you for understanding.

A typical day

Fetch and “chase” are very popular activities in my house. But I’m what most animals can easily spot as a “sucker”, if it will make them happy (and is good for them) I’ll probably do it.

Pet care experience

Dogs are the best part of life so why not ensure their happiness when you have to be away? I believe dogs need to be dogs and able to play and lounge in a low anxiety setting, like my house! Here fur babies are the main priority, and come on, don’t they deserve it? I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds, nursed injured wildlife, assisted elderly dogs through their last days, fostered feral and newborn cats, comforted dogs through boom-boom-scary nights (New Years and 4th of July), bottle-fed and administered medications to an assortment of critters. Animals are better than people and they should be treated as such. Basically, if it has fur and can’t speak I will love it with all my heart until the day I die.

Sarah took great care of Quigley! He loved his week with her and her senior pup, and she kept us updated on how he was doing while we were away.

Sarah did an amazing job with my two dogs! She is an excellent communicator, keeping in touch throughout the stay. My shepherd was having some issues with her hip, and Sarah did everything from massaging her sore hip, to applying a warm compress and just helping her to keep weight off of it. Her warm nature works wonders in offsetting the stress of a night away from home for the girls. She's our dog whisperer, and we're so thankful to have found her!

Greetings. My name is Julie P. I am writing today on behalf of my niece Sarah B. I am very pleased to hear that she has applied for a dog sitting position with Rover.com. I truly know in my heart that you have found an ideal candidate for this position. Sarah has been an animal lover her entire life to the extent that the family has nicknamed her snow white. Sarah has a precious little pup that she adopted several years ago named Ruby and a cat that she adopted named Mr. Penelope, she refers to them as her fur babies. She also works for a cat adoption agency and houses cats until they are adopted out. One of the cats she’s taking care of recently had kittens which Sarah is taking care of as well. These animals are all very loved and nurtured. I have an Akita and a miniature schnauzer that Sarah takes care of often for me. My animals are as important to me as my children as they are to Sarah and there is nobody else I trust as much to make sure all of their needs are met. Sarah is a wonderful energetic lady with a gigantic heart for all. I truly believe you have found the right person to work for rover.com. Thank you for your consideration. All the best Julie P
