I have never been without animals in my life, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have extensive personal and professional experience with: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, horses, cattle, and pigs. I have also worked some with rabbits, birds, fish, and reptiles. I currently live with my active German Shepherd, wiggly pittie, an oversized cat, and retired goats. I am happy to help you with walks (long or short!), attention, feeding, barn chores, milking, medications, or most other animal related tasks. I am also actively studying dog training based in positive reinforcement. If you have a question, please feel free to reach out and ask.

Safety, trust & environment
The safety and well-being of your pets is my top priority. I will follow your instructions carefully and am always alert and aware of my surroundings when I take animals outside. I am attentive to canine body language, have proper leash handling technique, and am able to think on my feet in case something unexpected happens. I only use positive reinforcement. If they are of the more affectionate variety, I will make sure they get the attention and love that they crave.

I was impressed by Sarah at the meet & greet, as it was obvious she knew how to engage Quinn and entertain him mentally and physically. It was obvious from the pictures she posted that he looked happy. Yes, he especially enjoys those belly rubs! As with today, he sometimes will choose cuddling and belly rubs by his Rover human rather than a long walk, but there are some good pictures of him playing in his yard.
She is the best!
Sarah always provides great care to our cat Spartacus when we are away. We have total confidence in her!
Sarah was such a great pet sitter, we don’t have exceptionally nice cats (might be an understatement), but she was able to not only feed them and water all the bowls but she vacuumed and cleaned up the cat puke while we where out on vacation. And most importantly she was able to work around, and kind of understand our cat’s behaviors. That gave us a lot of Relief, knowing that they were safe and cared for as best as they could be… since they don’t make it easy. We would happily have her as a pet sitter again! And couldn’t recommend her more! Being able to have a reliable and a trustworthy pet sitter is all we can ask for and she showed up for us and our cats!
Sarah was fantastic! We had a last-minute request for a visit on the 4th of July. I sent Sarah a series of videos with directions, and they were followed perfectly! Our dogs were loved and well taken care of. Thank you, Sarah!

Schedule
I am a teacher and am widely available throughout the summer. I am very flexible with hours and days. During the school year I am limited to hours before and after the school day.
